Toe spacers are a great tool to gently guide your toes back into natural alignment with your metatarsals. alignment. Use Directions

You can start by wearing your spacers for just a few minutes a day, especially after taking off your tight shoes or boots to help reverse the harmful impacts of a narrow toe-box. Best results are using them when active, such as walking or exercising. Depending on your foot shape and shoe size, they may be worn inside shoes, but this is not necessary!

Materials

The toe spacers are made using a soft, but durable SEBS gel elastomer. To clean them, you can hand wash them with a drop of dish soap and warm water, and air dry.
