Refund policy
As long as the shoes are in a new and unused condition, there is no time limit for when you must return your shoes for a refund or exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges if the shoes are visibly used.
In order to avoid returns, please confirm your size before ordering using our sizing guide. Once you receive the product, please check the fit to make sure the size is correct. Please inspect the product immediately and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Please don't throw out the white mailer that comes with your order! You can use it to return your product!
How to Refund/Exchange Your Item
US Customers:
To start a return, reach out to us at icarusfootwear@gmail.com
Please use the included pre-paid package to mail the shoes back for a full refund, or exchange to a size of your choosing. You can put the shoe box in the white envelope, peel and seal the end adhesive strip, then drop it off at your local USPS office.
Once we receive the item, we will refund the balance to your initial payment method. Please wait up to 15 days for this refund to process. If you want to exchange to another size, we will ship out the new size for free.
International Customers:

Please use the included packaging to send the product back. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please follow the instructions provided via email.
