Refunds (US Orders):
To return your order, the shoes must be in a new and unused condition. There cannot be a horizontal crease across the toebox - this makes the shoes visibly used and unable to be resold. Package the shoes and insoles back in the shoe box. Feel free to keep the toe spacers and stickers. Place the shoe box in the white mailer, then peel and seal the end of the bag closed. Email us at icarusfootwear@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you’d like a refund - you do not need to receive a confirmation email before sending the shoes. . Drop off the shoes at your local USPS office; the package already has a pre-paid return label. Once we receive the shoes, we’ll issue you a full refund using your original payment method. There is no time-limit on when you can send the shoes back as long as the shoes are unused.
If the shoes arrive damaged or are defective please reach out via email at icarusfootwear@gmail.com describing your issue and attach photos. We will work with you to make things right.

Duty Fees:
We offer free shipping on all international orders. However, your order may be subject to import duties and fees depending on which country you live in. You must pay these duties or your government's custom service will not release the package to you. Here is a table of fees our customers have encountered by country, please email us with your experience so we can update this table and help others!

International Returns:

Return the package to the address below. Since international shipping is prohibitively expensive for us, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. Email us at icarusfootwear@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you’d like a refund. Once we receive your package, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price you paid on your original method of payment. There is no time-limit on when you can send the shoes back.

Return the package to the address below. Since international shipping is prohibitively expensive for us, we cannot afford to also pay the cost of return shipping back to United States. Email us at icarusfootwear@gmail.com with your order number and let us know what size you’d like to try instead. We will pay for the cost of shipping the new size to you. You should not have to pay duty fees a second time for the new pair. If the new pair does not fit, repeat this process.
