Shipping policy

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States, including AK and HI)

  • Economy (Free): 5–8 business days
  • Standard ($5.00): 3–5 business days

Carriers used include USPS and UPS, depending on your location and order size.

International Shipping 

We ship worldwide. International orders are delivered via economy shipping and typically arrive within 2–5 weeks depending on destination and local customs processing times. Free international shipping is available on qualifying orders.

Please note that international transit times may vary due to customs clearance and local carrier handling.

Carriers used included USPS and Ascendia, and your local country's postal carrier for final delivery.

Duties & Customs: Applicable import duties and customs fees are not collected at checkout for international orders. You may be charged additional fees by your country's customs office upon delivery. If you do not wish to pay these fees, simply decline receipt, and the package will be returned to us and we will provide you a full refund.

Returns & Shipping: If you need to return an item for either refund or exchange, you are responsible for arranging return shipping to the United States address below. You can use the cheapest shipping option to minimize this cost. EU customers retain the right of withdrawal.
